Please send your tapes by recorded delivery, as we cannot take any responsibility for your items if they should get lost in the post! We do not normally return tapes, as your memories are stored on DVD, however, if you wish your original tapes returned to you, please add £3.50 for postage and packaging. We will not send tapes with the DVD, but will wait until you confirm safe receipt of the DVD, and your satisfaction with this product, before posting your tapes back to you.
